FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should I book my session?

I recommend booking as soon as possible. We book 3 days out. Same day appointments can be booked, but they will require a rushed booking fee of $75.

 

Is there a sitting fee?

There is no setting fee for up to 5 people. After 5 people, there is a fee of $25 per person. Due to COVID-19, the studio can only allow for 5 people per session. Outdoor sessions are open to larger numbers.

When will my photos be ready?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for digitals and 2-3 weeks for printed products.

 

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand emergencies can and do happen. To avoid rescheduling fees, please give us 48 hours notice, if possible. You’ll be rescheduled to the next available date. Note: We will only reschedule ‘once’ for personal reasons. If a second reschedule is required, you must pay the booking fee again. We will reschedule weather impacted outdoor sessions as needed without penalty.

 

What happens if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel within 72 hours from your shoot, you will not be penalized for a cancellation fee and will be able to reschedule for another appointment. Canceling less than 72 hours from your appointment or the day of will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
